I bought a massive sea turtle plush pillow and decided to try stuffing Shiyu inside it to turn her into real living filling.The turtle is 1.5 meters long — probably the biggest size available on the market. To fit a person inside, it needed modification. I cut open the belly, pulled out all the cotton stuffing (there was a huge amount), and sewed the cotton into fabric bags so she wouldn’t inhale the loose fibers. Then I installed a zipper along the cut and the conversion was complete.I made Shiyu help sew ten cotton bags, but even that wasn’t enough to make the turtle look properly plump and round. In the end I still had to stuff a lot of loose cotton around her during filming so the turtle would look cute and chubby. The price was that Shiyu kept complaining that cotton was getting into her nose and mouth.Even after putting an extended breathing mask on her, the cotton still managed to slip in with the airflow.Finally, wearing her KIG leather suit, connected to the Coyote e-stim unit, and with the breathing mask sealed on, Shiyu crawled into the giant turtle plush pillow and became its living stuffing. I routed her breathing tube out through the turtle’s tail — it looked ridiculously cute.
